By accessing and using the MedFlow mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

2.1 License Grant

MedFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your pharmacy management needs.

2.2 Subscription Plans

• FREE Plan: Limited to 1 branch and 50 invoices per month
• PROFESSIONAL Plan: Unlimited branches and invoices (₹999/month or ₹9,999/year)
• ENTERPRISE Plan: All Professional features plus dedicated support (₹1,999/month or ₹19,999/year)

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App in a way that could damage or impair its functionality

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Google Play Billing
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

4.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled through Google Play Store policies
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Your Data

• All business data you enter belongs to you
• Data is stored locally on your device
• You can export your data at any time

5.2 Privacy Policy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Service Availability

6.1 Uptime

We strive to keep the App available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance when necessary.

6.2 Updates

• We may update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
• Updates may be required to continue using the App

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights, belong to MedFlow. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MedFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MedFlow harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play.

10.2 By Us

We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
